The Director will review Title 22 Regulations Section 101229 on Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision and develop a written Plan of Correction (POC) to ensure compliance. Written POC must be submitted to CCL by the POC 3/29/2024 This requirement was not being met as evidenced by: On 3/21/24, at approximately 12:28PM, LPA observed 2 children in the bathroom while staff supervised 10 napping children in the classroom. LPA observed 7 napping children in class room 2, unsupervised, while staff walked over to the ktichen area. This poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care. Director agrees to remove all screws from back wall of classroom 2 and submit pictures to LPA by 3/29/2024 This requierment was not being met as by: Classroom 2 was observed 4 large screws protruding from the wall near two children’s crib. Cribs are not currently being used by children. LPA observed 7 children napping in cots in the same classroom.
