101238(a) · Buildings and Grounds 101238(a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors.

Director agrees to develop and implement a plan to make sure that they are compling with maintaining the classrooms clean and sanitary. Director will submit a developed cleaning plan in writing and a cleaning classroom log to LPA via email by the POC due date. Based on observation, the facility did not comply with the section cited above, LPA observations done on 6/26/2024 and 8/29/2024t it was found that the facility staff do not keep classrooms clean and sanitary, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
