Per Licensee assistant, they will watch personal rights video on https://ccld.childcarevideos.org/ and will submit a declaration of what plan will be implemented to avoid violating personal rights to LPA by POC date. Based on observation, and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as C1 and C2 personal rights were violated. This posed an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
