Deficient Practice Statement Based on record review of children's files on 03/22/2022, the licensee Hollie Kim, did not comply with the section cited above where a census was conducted and chidlren's records review revealed that 8 out of 8 children in care were under 6 years old and 1 out of 8 children did not have proof of enrollment in Kindergarten placing the facility out of ratio, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
