Based on record review, and interviews, CCC was notified of a second confirmed case of Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease; however, notification was not provided till next day. Facility has marked the faucet off limits for the staff, it is unreachable for children to use and it is currently being flushed weekly prior to facility having the sink retested. Note the fountains are not used for drinking water or food preparation and water has been turned off to that fountain. Based on records review and interviews, facility tested over the Action Level Exceedance, in one drinking fountain located outside next to the picnic tables. Additionally, information obtained revealed that prior to 9/13/2021, face coverings were not being enforced for staff, until approximately 3-4 >>>>>>>>>>>> >>weeks ago. This is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care due to possible exposure to COVID19.
