Licensee shall provide supervision at all times and document on a log that she confirms cameras are working when children are in care and provide a copy of the training to the Palmdale Regional Office by email by the end of the month. LPA's observations, record review and interviews, Licensees did not prevent child #3 from hurting child #1 during the hours of operation. Licensee was aware of children's challenging behaviors and did not meet the children's need buy not providing close supervision at all times. this poses an immediate risk to children in care.
