Director will submit new policy to LPA Sims via email to sydney.sims@dss.ca.gov by 4/30/25 Based on interviews the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in, by facility staff not providing children with sanitary diaper changes and which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
