Based on observation and licensee interview, Licensee stated Sonia, assisted her on 11/28/2022 before being cleared or associated to her child care home in GUARDIAN. Licensee confirms she allowed Sonia to work on 11/28/2022, which poses an immediate risk to the Health, Safety or Personal Rights to the children in care AB633 Parent Notification is required.
