  LPA observed adult #1 leave the facility. LPA provided licensee with a live scan form. Licensee is aware no adults shall assist with day care children or live in the home without a fingeprint clearance and adult #1 will not return until they have been cleared and associated to the facility. LPA Garcia observed adult #1 assisting with day care children without a fingerprint clearance, which poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. Licensee stated she forgot to have adult #1 fingerprinted.
