Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Upon arrival LPA Garcia observed the only licensee in care of 12 children without an asistant present. Licensee stated the assistant was present earlier but left early.
