Facility has been provided water that is hazardous to children health. This is a violation that if not corrected can pose a health and safety risk to the children in care During today's visit LPM and LPA observed the affected water outlets were not in use. Director stated after she was informed she took immediate action. She contacted a plumber to turn off and repair or replaced affected drinking/cooking water outlets.
