  POC: Licensee requested to place the front yard off limits for now and children won't be using the front yard. Licensee understand that an inspection will be needed in the future if she likes to use the front yard for the children in care. LPAs observed toy/play equipment by the entrance of the home that needed repair and in the front yard that is used for outdoor activities by daycare children. Also, LPA observed that the grass in the playground needed maintenance.
