Staff Meeting will be held to focus on children’s personal rights and appropriate strategies to help children rest and relax during naptime. Director’s Assistant will email LPA the sign-in sheet from this meeting. Based on observations and teacher’s interviews, S1, S2, and S3 aggressively patted or pounded the children’s backs during naptime, which poses an immediate risk to children in care. Director’s assistant will email LPA the techer's meeting agenda.
