Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation during today's visit, LPA Deborah Khashe oberved a container of Clorox wipes and a spray Febreze air freshener bottle on the counter top in the restroom, and they were accessible to children. In addition, LPA Khashe oberved multiple bottles of medications, such as vitamins and prescription medication on the counter top in the kitchen, and they were acessible to children. LPA also oberved multiple household clelaners in the cabinet without safety latches in the hallway between daycare rooms. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above in [count] out of [total count] [(objects) (persons)] [identifiers] which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
