Licensee stated that she will make sure the gate is always in place while daycare children under 5 y/o are present. Licensee barricated the stairs with a baby gate during the inspection.

Licensee stated she separate the chidlren if thet are having an issue by grabing them by their waist or arms to moved them to a different area. Licensee stated she was not aware that children have been in an off limits areas. Licensee stated she will talk to staff to ensure that compliance is maintained in regards to off limits areas in the home. LPAs cleared the deficiency during the visit.
