Director will email LPA the meeting agenda and the sign-in sheet from this meeting to clear the deficiency. Staff will conduct a meeting reviewing voice tones and alternative ways to gain attention of children in care in classrooms in large open spaces. Proof of conducted meeting with date, agenda and signatures will be emailed to LPA by POC date Based on interviews conducted, it was revealed that facility staff yelled/ raised voices at children in care. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.

101638.1(e)(2) · 101638.1 General Sanitation e) Washing, cleaning and sanitizing requirements for areas used by staff and children, or for areas that children have access to, shall include:(1) Floors, except those carpeted, shall be vacuumed or swept and mopped with a disinfecting solution at least daily, or more often if necessary. POC; Director stated that she will make sure carpets, floors and areas aaccessible to the childre are cleaned and sanitized more often or as necessary. A follow up visit will be necessary to clear deficiency. (2) Carpeted floors and large throw rugs that cannot be washed shall be vacuumed at least daily and cleaned at least every six months, or more often if necessary.
LPA observed dirty diapers in a open container in the intro to preschool classroom and carpets that had dirt and stains. Floors also in the classroom need to be cleaned. This is a deficiency that if not corrected can pose a risk to health to the children in care
