During today's visit LPA observed that the affected water faucet is not in use. Director stated that once she was informed, she took immediate action. The affected faucet will be replaced on 8/12//24, and the water will be retested. The water report dated 06/18/2024 revealed that the facility had elevated levels of lead in one water faucet.
