Director will send out a letter to all parents informing parents CCLD is not honoring the 504 plan. Mask/face covering requirement indoors for children age 2 years and over. The facility will continue to provide children with extra face coverings as needed. Director will notify all staff of the requirement to wear a face covering while indoors. Based upon LPA's observations, children and staff interviews, children are not wearing face coverings (required by CDPH guidance) while indoors which is an potential health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care. Director will send proof of letter sent out to parents & staff via e-mail to Michelle Hood by 11/09/21. LPA Hood will follow up with another unannounced visit to ensure compliance. The director failed to ensure the LIC 701 were obtained prior to, or within 30 calendar days following the enrollment of a child. This poses an potential Health & Safety risk to the children in care.
