Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed three (3) bottles of lotion, and a bottle of facial cleanser on a shelf outside of bathroom 2, one (1) butcher knife in an unlocked drawer in the kitchen, a bottle of vitamins, hair gel, and lotion on top of the counter in the kitchen accessible to children which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
