102416.5(f) · 102416.5 Staffing Ratio and Capacity (f) The total licensed capacity for a Large Family Child Care Home shall not exceed fourteen children. This regulation was not met as evidenced by Licensee stated that she will provide LPA Marx with schedule of chidlren in care, indicating that the facility is operating within ratio and capacity. LPAs have also documented that Licensee has been in compliance on both the 02/02/2023 visit and 01/19/2023.
