LPA observed dog poop not picked up outside on the deck area in the backyard, and a small rope loop on Licesee will clean deck area and submit proof to LPA before children go outside. Licensee will also submit proof of rope loop covered, blocked, or barricaded. the ground in the backyard that poses a potential tripping hazard. Based on interviews conducted, it was determined C1 wandered away from the facility, and was found in the gated yard of a neightbor.
