Staff is to leave the facility immediately If out of ratio, Director is to bring in additional help that has already been cleared to be in their facility. Staff is to return only when they are fingerprint cleared and fully qualified. Based on LPAs observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which 2 staff members did not have a criminal record clearance associated to the facility.
