This requirement is not met as evidenced by LPA provided Lead Teacher with Action Required Background Check ID letter that was mailed out. Lead teacher emailed Guardian and provided the information required and facility is awaiting response. Once staff returned from break, facility was back in ratio; however, an additional floater staff is needed moving forward to ensure staff-infant ratio is maintained at all times. Per lead teacher, there are part time teachers who can work on a full time basis to ensure Teacher-Child Ratio is maintained at all times. An additional floater staff will be available to ensure children are being visually supervised at all times.
