This requirement is not met as evidence by Per Director and Lead Teacher, 4 walkie talkies were purchased in December 2024 to ensure staff can quickly communicate with one another when the floater teacher assistance is needed to ensure that no child is left without supervision.

Per lead teacher, there are part time teachers who can work on a full time basis to ensure Teacher-Child Ratio is maintained at all times. An additional floater staff will be available to ensure children are being visually supervised at all times. Based on LPA observations of sign in/out sheets and staff interviews, facility was operating out of ratio on at least one occasion (12/13/2023). which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
