  Licensee provided a declaration that she understand her ratio and capacity. Licensee contacted parents of 5 children who were picked up and was back in ratio (12 children). Based on observations and records obtained during this inspection. Licensee confirmed that she had 17 children (all children between the ages of 2y-6y). This poses an immediate Health and Safety or Personal Rights risk to children in care. LPA provided a copy of LIC9224 Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Reports that licensee will email to LPA no later than 05/11/2023. SUPERVISOR'S NAME: Lisa Rios
