Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. On 3/13/2023, LPA Ocegueda observed that the ramp to the infant room had large amounts of chipped paint/rusting, both on the walk way, the railings and the side bottom of the ramp. Also on the outside wall, near the entry door, there were multiple areas of chipped paint that were at near the door posing unhealthful and unsafe conditions.
