Upon arrival, LPA's Ocegueda and Jimenez observed staff #3 providing care and supervision of 6 children while licensee was upstairs. Interviews revealed that staff #3 moved in the home some time between November 2022 and January 1st 2023 (exact unknown). It was determined that staff #3 did not have a criminal record clearance or exemption as required before moving in the home or providing care and supervision.
