Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above . LPA's observed that there were three areas in the play yard along the fence that had a collection of water. The largest of the areas measured approximately 2ft by 2ft in size and were as deep as approximately 3.5 inches in depth. Per Site Supervisor, the water was collected from sprinkler water. Also in the play yard, was a water table that had approximately 1 inch to 1.5 inches of water collected inside. Per Site Supervisor, the water in the water table had been there since approximately 2 hours prior from the time of observation.
