Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During the inspection of the play yard, LPA observed the following: area of bent chain link fence which caused sharp points to protrude, areas of missing cushioning (wood chips) under fall zones of the play ground, hardened and uneven sand, causing tripping hazards and rotting wood on the shed.
