Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon arrival, LPA observed that licensee was caring for 12 napping children unassisted. There was an adult (adult #3) home, however this adult was not a qualified assistant and was not observed caring or supervising children. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 09/27/2023
