    By POC due date 06/19/2025, Licensee shall submit a plan on how they will ensure facility is free of rodents. Based on observation classroom 10 had mouse glue traps with mice droppings. Based on information gathered mice droppings were also discovered on the floor and mice were seen in classroom. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
