  Director Melissa Edwards stated, commingling stopped as of 8/28/25 and will be submitting a waiver request to commingle school-age and preschool children in the early AM and late PM Based on staff interviews, the facility did not comply with the section cited above in commingling school-age and preschool children in early AM and late PM. Staff were told by previews administration to commingle the children and staff were sent home.
