Based on observation, interview, and record review, Rewan G Dizayi, was ordered to be removed from the home by September 1st. LPA observed and confirmed that Rewan is living within the home. This poses/posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care. 102417(g)(5) · OPERATION OF A FAMILY CHILD CARE HOME. All licensees shall ensure the inaccessibility of pools (in-ground and above-ground), fixed-in-place wading pools, hot tubs, spas, fish ponds and similar bodies of water through a pool cover or by surrounding the pool with a fence. Mrs. Dizayi stated that her husband is due to return the week of 8/23/21. She will notify this analyst regarding her plan of action as soon as she speaks with her husband. She is considering her options of: covering, install a fence around or just remove the pool. This regulation was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA's observation, Mrs. Dizayi installed a 3 ft. above ground pool that is not covered or fenced in.
