Based on interview and record review the converted garage used by children was not kept at a comfortable temperature on 11/05/25 while used for napping. Additionally, Licensee had knowledge that the converted garage was converted without the permits prior to licensure and had prior experience with code enforcement, with knowledge that changes to the garage required permits, both which pose potential risk to the health and safety and personal rights of children in care. email:amy.strother@dss.ca.gov
