Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. At 2:15pm LPA observed four large black storage bins with yellow lids stacked one on top of the other. LPA pushed gently on the storage bins and observed them wobble, indicating that they were not stable and could fall over if pushed or run into with force. There were other various bins stacked up high along the fence with a large stroller in front of them that were also accessible to children. At 2:29pm LPA observed a total of 11 uncovered electrical outlets in the home, 3 in the living room, 1 in the hallway and 7 in the dining room, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
