Director, Diane Wikse (D1) stated that she has a staff meeting scheduled for 02/12/25 and will discuss the topic of supervision and expectations for visual supervision with the staff. Based on record review and interview with S1, on 01/24/25 staff S2 was out of the classroom changing diapers and S1 had their back turned to the classroom of children, resulting in the unexplained injury of child C1, which poses a potential risk to the health and safety or personal rights of children in care.
