  Licensee (L1) stated that she understands that she cannot have children in care while ill and will no longer accept children if they are displaying symptoms of illness, submitting a written statement detailing how she intends to comply with CCR 102417(e), submitting the statement to LPA Strother by 08/12/25 via mail or email. Email: amy.strother@dss.ca.gov Based on interviews conducted on 05/15/25 and 05/15/25, child C1 was excepted into care on 05/13/25 and in attendance between 7:00am and 3:48pm after vomiting during their arrival to the facility and comingled with 5 other children in care on 05/13/25, which posed a potential health and safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
