On 06/30/2022, a homeless man entered the facility through the backdoors Facility to install a dead bolt or additional door lock to ensure the safety of children, employees and visitors. Licensee will email a photo to LPA Martinez no later than 11/03/2022. of the alley which were not locked. The homeless man came upon a staff who stayed calm and talked the homeless man back out the building. This is a Type B citation and poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
