Licensee started calling parents and authorized representatives to pick up their children. At 11:00 AM LPAs observed 13 children remaining in the FCCH. Licensee will attend an informal meeting at the Santa Barbara Regional Office for a future date set by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) and Based on observations, interviews, and record reviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, which poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care. LPAs observed 22 children in care at the time of inspection. approved by the Licensing Program Manager (LPM). Licensee will also review Title 22 Regulations regarding Staffing Ratio and Capacity and ensure compliance by submitting a written plan of action on how that will be achieved to Regional Office no later than Monday, June 23, 2025.
