LPA advised the licensee that Alejandro Alcala does not have a criminal record clearance, and is not associate to the FCCH license. Mr. Alcala is currently working at a winery in Santa Maria, and licensee does not have a date for when the brother-in-law will be leaving the FCCH, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
