The Licensee will create park bag that has all necessary materials in it for children to travel safely. Park bag inventory should be confirmed on a regular basis to ensure children have comfortable accommodations while away from the FCCH. The Licensee did not bring a diaper pad with her to the park and in doing so did not provide safe, comfortable accommodations, which poses a potential threat to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care. The Licensee will submit a written explanation of how she will ensure park bag has all necessary materials anytime children are away from FCCH and submit by 7/29/2022. Should include materials in park bag and process for maintaining it.
