Per representative we had a name to face to meeting that occurred after the incident happened where staff were trained on how to properly check the children using the name to face form. I will provide proof of the training to Licensing today. Based on interview and record review Staff left Child 1 (C1) alone unsupervised in the hallway while transitioning to another classroom a parent observed C1 alone in the hallway and took C1 to their classroom which is an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to the persons in care.
