The facility replaced faucet "S", made it inacessible to children, and flushed the faucet for 4 weeks. Retesting of the faucet was completed by Adviro on 9/22/2022 and the lead level was measured at 3ppb, within safe limits for the facility. Lead water testing conducted at Stratford School produced Action Level Exceedance of 92.0 ppb for Faucet "S" which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
