Based on observations and the interview with the Site Supervisor it is recommended the center contact the Santa Barbara County Education Office, through documents and interviews, it was discovered, the above regulation was not met as evidence by: Staff#4 utilizing unprofessional behaviour such as loud voice and offesive remarks towards children in care. The CCC implemented a policy for event request and guidelines for clean after events and CCC moved admin staff and supplies to another location to prevent reoccuring issues. The CCC staff and management will have to watch the two following videos that are listed on the CDSS website "Supervising Children in Child Care Centers” listed below" CCC staff left a ice cooler containing alcohol on CCC property. C6 grabbed a unopened container out of the cooler on 9/26/2023.
