101223(a)(1) · 101223 Personal Rights (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons.
Licensee is to ensure staff is engaged in appropriate conduct in the presence of day care children by reviewing TItle 22 regulations. Administrator will submit the training curriculum and staff attendance to LPA via email at bill.billones@dss.ca.gov no later than June 26, 2025. Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as staff engaged in an inappropriate altercation in the presence of day care children, which poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.

Supervision shall include visual observation. Site Supervisor and staff memebers will watch a training video titled "care and supervision" on the departments website. Site supevisor wil email a statement confirming all staff members have watched the training video.
