Facility staff left child unattended and unsupervised in the classroom restroom for approximately 10 minutes. Director states facility will be taking the following steps (1) Teachers will conduct a head count of children during group activities and/or moving throughout the facility to and from classrooms. All Prescription medications may be administered if all of the following conditions are met: Prescription medications shall be administered in accordance with the label directions Please correct immediately. During the visit, the Director contacted parent of child #1 regarding the medication. as prescribed by the child's physician. This documentation shall be kept in the child's record. This violaltion was evidenced by observation, interview and review of medication and child #1's file which revealed medication was accepted in plastic bag with child's name and no prescription on file.
