Director is to ensure compliance with Title 22 Regulations regarding care of infants by providing the following: Director is to create an infant staff training curriculum on care and supervision regulations and submit a signed aknowledgement of training and attendence roster to Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Based on interviews and record reviews, the director did not comply with the section cited above by ensuring that each infant is constantly supervised and under direct visual observation by staff, which poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
