    101216(f) · CCR Personnel Requirements. LPA provided Director with Children's Resource & Referral of Santa Barbara County Referral Phone: (805) 925-7071. Director may contact R&R to inquire about CPR/First Aid courses coming up. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted, appeal rights were given, and report was reviewed with director Donna Mrotek.
