Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and records review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 of 2 infants present, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. The LPA observed NO 15 minutes safe sleep check in file for either of the two infants present during the inspection. When asked, the licensee stated she does not do the 15 minute safe sleep checks for infants. POC Due Date: 11/16/2023
