101429(a)(1) · Responsibility for Providing Care & Supervision for Infants 101429 (1) Each infant shall be constantly supervised and under direct visual observation and supervision by a staff person at all times.
Per director, the staff members will not be allowed to use their phones in their classroom and will be leaving their personal phones in the office. There will not be no outside food permitted in the classroom. The director will provide a written statement to the LPA by the POC due date via email. Based on interviews and video footage reviewed, the staff members were observed to often using their personal cellphone while supervising the infants. This is an immediate risk to the safety of the children in care.
